Renovated building and rooms with bright decoration. Hotel was located in the center of Champasak. Host was great...
Nothing negative to say.

Ca n't wait to go back, the property exceeded all expectations. Our stay was excellent as usual. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Food is GREAT. Send regards to manager. People were very amiable and ready to render a friendly service.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, situated on the west side of the river, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find a French press in the room, allowing us to enjoy delicious coffee at any time. The breakfast was not only tasty but also beautifully presented, starting our day off on a high note.

The room had a nice boutique feel to it. The hotel was small and the staff were lovely, even if they struggled with language sometimes. There is no TV as such (no idea why) but you can borrow from their DVD library and there is a PC set up for guest's use. They were also helpful in arranging a tuk-tuk to take me to Wat Phu.
In visiting this, or any other, hotel in Laos, it is important to remember that they don't have a long experience of the hospitality industry so they struggle a little to provide the kind of service that one might expect in other Asian countries. I had booked a room with a Mekong view and, technically, it delivered but only just.

Our rooms were very, very nice, and so was the hotel, which is in a small sleepy town in the south of Laos. The staff was friendly and helpful and doing their best, but really need to have some training in English, if they want to tend to foreign visitors.
Food only so-so, but has both international and local dishes. The air-condition in our room was placed so it could only blow down on the bed, which was not good. Will recommend that the owner(s) of the hotel take better care of repairing and maintaining things when they are worn or broken, f.ex. the wooden table in our bath room was already falling apart, and the hotel is only a few years old. This is really a pity, because it´s a very nice hotel.

This hotel was definitely a great addition to our holiday. the food was absolutely delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that most of it was made from scratch. We enjoyed their homemade bread and jams, and the wood oven pizzas were a highlight. the view from the sala terrace was unforgettable, making our evenings even more memorable. the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, it felt like we were part of the family. the fact that we could see shooting stars from the terrace made this hotel a real gem.
We did have some issues with the staff regarding payment for a transfer to our next location. Although one staff member had mentioned that we could pay before we left, another staff member was very insistent that we pay beforehand.

We were impressed by the hotel staff's helpfulness, the beautiful colonial-style decor, and the fine view of the sunrise over the Mekong river. The location was also great, with plenty of opportunities to explore the local area on foot or by motorbike. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the range of cocktails available in the evening. this city provided a calm and quiet retreat that we would recommend to others.
Nothing to be said.

What an amazing romantic escape we had! The hotel was in a perfect location, with breathtaking views that you wouldn't want to miss. We stayed in a two-level suite that was beautifully decorated and had an extra half bathroom, which was very convenient. The bed was so comfortable that it was a struggle to leave it! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, including fresh fruits and local specialties. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located near some of the top attractions in the area.
There were a couple of things we disliked during our stay. the prices for bike rental and private car transport were a bit too pricey for us.

I recently had a memorable stay at a charming hotel in Southeast Asia. the hotel is perfectly located, with stunning views of the local river and some of the best attractions a stone's throw away. the room was elegantly designed, with every comfort at the guest's disposal. the staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring that the trip was seamless. the delicious breakfast was served impeccably and with great attention to detail. the cozy lounge and complimentary coffee were the perfect antidote to a long day of sightseeing.
Although the hotel was a haven, some staff members lacked English proficiency.
